Crew were on time, worked quietly, cleaned up, careful around landscaping and did a great job.

It was fantastic! they look like the day they were put in. We are very happy!

The work went very well, The two-person crew arrived on time at 8:30 both days and finished in early afternoon. The asked us about cleaning details before starting and were very professional, efficient, thorough, and easy to deal with. The new Hydroclean skimmer (designed by Russell) will be so much easier to maintain. Well worth it.

The technician was fast and efficient. He was on time and could answer all my questions. In the end, my final payment was even lower than the estimate because the pond was so small and it did not take much time at all. How is that for honestly and sales?! They also send out news letter with helpful tips for maintaining water features. I appreciate that since I am new to owning one.

We had the crew here two separate times, once to clean out and empty our large pond, so that they could mend the cracks which had developed over the twenty years of the pond's life.  Then, they came back to finish cleaning out the stream and small water falls leading down to the pond.  They uncovered one more crack, which we will repair ourselves.  The whole water feature has not looked this good since the day it was completed, and we could not be happier with the work done by the Russell employees

I was very pleased with my experience with Russell's.  The technician was on time, professional and experienced.  He quickly found a couple of problem areas and corrected them.  He attempted to fix a leak on the fountain with his foam but it would not stick to the surface.  He explained what changes they could make to the current layout as there are probably some older pipes underground that are leaking.  Looking forward to having them complete the upgraded installation.

I supplied pictures before the service call and the service man went right to work on the suspected area of the problem and in a short time he was able to find and repair the problem. I previously had used at least two other companies to solve this problem but they were a waste of money.

Very professional. Response was immediate. They were scheduled out 2 months so I had to wait. But, I have used them before and totally trust their services, so I waited.
