ROSES & MORE

I used their services. I think they are really good. I went through FTD online, and I had sent my wife flowers, and they sent my wife a smaller bunch of flowers because FTD gets a bigger cut than usual, and when I called Roses & More that I had ordered a big bouquet, and she was sent a medium bouquet, and they explained about FTD, so I told them I was disappointed. They sent my wife another bouquet of flowers for free. I never use FTD for anything, I always call Roses & More, but if I am sending them to my daughter or mother, I call the local people. They didn't have to send my wife another bouquet but they did anyways.

I purchased flowers from FTD.com they farmed the job out to Roses and More, even though they charged me 40 dollars and a 15.99 delivery charge they only gave the florist 40.00 dollars, this in turn made the florist charge a 12.00 dollar delivery charge so my wife got the small vase instead of the medium, so when I called they explained this to me, I stated it was not my problem and I looked like a cheap skate to my wife. They then stated that they would deliver another vase of flowers to my wife the following day, which they did just like they said they would, the flowers were just as beautiful as the day before. Even though Roses and More got the short end from FTD.com, they gave up the rest (if there was any left), of any profit to satisfy me, the customer. This says a lot about a company. I will no longer use online flower services but instead use local florist directly no matter where I am sending flowers. anytime I use a florist in Tucson it will always be Roses and More, it's hard to be the "little guy", but you can't beat there customer service.
