Rosano's & Sons Appliances

I found Rosano's after my refrigerator broke and they were able to come that afternoon. I had already called the company which we had purchased the refrigerator from brand-new (it was no longer under warranty) along with many other appliances over the years and have used as our appliance repair company as well. This was a Wednesday at about noon and they wouldn't be able to come out until Saturday! This is a refrigerator/freezer jam-packed with food and they're just around the corner. I was stunned and turned to the internet for an appliance repair and Rosano's responded. Fernando did a terrific job and had the necessary part in the following morning saving us hundreds and hundreds of dollars in the loss of food. Not too long after that, a rental we own had a washing machine leaking. Victor came out for that one and had that fixed on the spot. It's Rosano's for us from here on out. These guys are top notch!

We bought a used stove in the past, and now a used clothes washer from Rosano's used appliances. The stove lasted years; hopefully we will have the same luck with the washer. So far, so good! Very knowledgeable staff who explained the differences between the several models of washers available. After we decided on one model, he took it in the back and hooked it up to electric and water to make sure it worked correctly. He even helped us load it in our pickup. Once we got it home, I forgot that the machine would not go into spin mode unless the lid was closed. I left the lid up and the washer stopped with a half tub of water. I called Rosano's to ask for service, and he was very patient to review some of the common causes of the problem. He thought it might be the switch in the lid, so he set up a service call for the next morning. I called him back and cancelled the appointment after realizing I had left the lid open, causing the machine not to spin/drain. Very courteous and professional.

I was really happy with the service provided. The staff was friendly and the repair guy showed up on time and fixed my problem quickly. I would definitely use Rosano's for future appliance issues.

Everything about this interaction was excellent. They worked with me on the price, delivered the machine on time, installed it in a difficult space, and took my old one with some water still in it! They were very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure working with them.

Excellent communications, and patience with several reschedules. Rosano's is a third generation, family owned business and is the only company to call when you need a good price on appliances. Class organization!

Rosano's is competitively priced with the big box stores, but offer something that the big box stores can't: excellent and attentive service. Deliveries are on time and installations are handled flawlessly even when difficulties are encountered.
