, We had used this company in years past but had not needed to use them for a while. It was time to recoat so we called them again. They immediately came out to give us an estimate. We accepted the estimate and scheduled the visit. They came exactly as promised and on time. This company has been around for a long time and is an excellent company to do business with. We have referred them to others a number of times.

I walked into my bedroom and noticed a bubble in the ceiling. I immediately panicked. I called my friend and she highly recommended them. I gave them a call and they were able to come out a repair the problem. They were timely and professional.

The experience went well overall, though it took longer to schedule the work than I would have preferred.

My home inspector, whom I very much liked, gave me several names of roofers. Jon's Precision was one of them. I had them and the other recommended company come out to inspect and bid on the repair work. I made the inspector's report available to them. The first company found only about $800 worth of stuff, about what the inspector noted. Jon's company inspector found some additional items, which made me initially a bit skeptical, and quoted ~1800 to repair it all. I then climbed up and spent some time on the phone with them, and indeed noted the incipient leak they found due to poor quality installation of flashing at a convergence of a wall and roof line: water was draining into the wall itself (minimally) but would progress over time. I choose them to do the repairs. They offer a several-year guarantee on the repairs. Two fellows arrived the day after I closed on the house. They spent about 4 hours on the roof working. They were very professional and communicated with me very well. They cleaned up their project when done.
