Please do not hire this company. I was verbally abuse on the phone by a lady named Lori. I called to express some concerns about our shower remodel. She was very sarcastic with me and very fast raised her voice at me to the point of extreme yelling and verbal abuse. I upload a video to YouTube of her screaming at me. Search for Robison Marble Customer Service in YouTube to find it. I really don?t think yelling at the customer should ever be the answer, no matter how big or small their concern is, specially since I didn?t raise my voice. Prior to this, they did have their share of mistakes in the process of doing our shower. Instead of taking the promised 3 days to do the job. They took a month. They brought the wrong pieces several times and even installed wrong pieces on the shower and we had to keep telling them. We were very patient with them for a month. And after paying $8k, the lady yelled at me on the phone. The owner Anthony has yet to call to apologize for what happened.
