Robert is fantastic! He didn't try to take advantage of me like the big-name contractors in Tucson. He comes from a family of plumbers and is very efficient, friendly, and affordable.

Job was quality work. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Although I thought the price was a bit high, I was very pleased with responsiveness and will hire again for 2nd bathroom update.

he was very responsive at first, and then forgot to call back to tell us he was not able to make it in the afternoon. When we called back 2 days later to see if he could fix out issue, he had some team members over to the house in about 30-45 minutes. They fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes.

Leah was very knowledgeable regarding the issues I was having. She did a very thorough spraying and I now have a regular technician--Randy---and he is great. He really takes the time to do a very intensive spraying. I have been very happy with 1st Choice! I will never go back to Essential nor Terminex!!!!!!!!

Phil showed up on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. I suspected that was the issue but wanted to have it checked just in case. I have used All Brand's for years and would highly recommend them.

We scheduled the appointment and they showed up on time and had the new water heater installed very quickly.

It's never a good day when the toilet backs up!
The first 3 plumbers I called were answered by "chipper" employees, who were very efficient in letting me know that their schedule cannot fit me in until "after 4pm today," and therefore I have to pay double.  These employees were absolutely "gleeful" when I told them I will call back if I cannot find anyone more accommodating. Loss of business was no problem at all for them!
Thinking this must the "new trend", I tried Robert's Plumbing. Guess who answered the phone? Robert, the owner ! Smart man, he had me check a few things with the other drains in the house, which were fine. He committed to being out in a few hours and said nothing about paying double after 4pm.  Just an FYI, he sounds a little abrupt on the phone because he's trying to figure out what he can do. Don't worry, he's very friendly in person.
He did arrive after 4pm, but did not charge me double.  He charged a very fair price. Very very friendly and polite!  He's very proud of the way he built his business. Robert is a professional and knows how to take care of people who have a disruption in their plumbing.

The water coming out of the bathtub shower head was trickling out and the lever (on the tub spout) that diverts water to the showerhead was very loose. My husband removed the spout and noticed that the pipe was cracked. Called Robert's Plumbing and they scheduled to show up between 3:30 pm - 5 pm that same day. Two guys came at 3:45. They cut out the cracked galvanized pipe and welded in a new copper pipe. They replaced the old tub spout with a new one. They were courteous, cleaned up the area, and the job was completed in just under an hour. Thought I would pay an arm and a leg for this repair job and I was surprised and thankful it wasn't the case! I would definitely use this company again. Thank you Robert's Plumbing!

My home warranty company contracted Roberts Plumbing to repair my water heater that had stopped working. They got the call at 10 am and we're at my home by 530 that evening. They even brought a new water heater out just in case the repair wasn't repairable because we live so far from town. The team was great! They didn't hassle and we're straight forward with me. Told me what they were doing every step of the way and what to expect. They cleaned as they went and answered any care or maintenance questions I had.They completed the install in an hour and I had hot water half an hour after that! I can't totally speak to price because my home warranty covered the water heater and labor but I had to pay for new pipes and valves. Not sure what the going rate is,but after watching the two man team I would say my out of pocket was nothing compared to the superior service.

It has worked with no proble.

It went well.  So far, no problems.  The toilet flushes as expected and no leaks anywhere.

His plumbing technicians  picked up the toilet, which I had researched and discussed with the plumbing supply house that he does business with, and installed the toilet in my main bathroom.  I had also independently purchased a new toilet seat and they installed that, as well.  I happened to have another new toilet seat for the master bedroom's bathroom, and they graciously changed that one for me, as well.  They were professional, courteous , pleasant and helpful.  Their toilet installation price of $333.04 includes the new toilet which they picked up that cost $219.00, two wax rings, tax, charges for pick up of new toilet and disposal of the old one, and labor.

He is very good and reliable, although sometimes hard to get a hold of. I have used him many times over the years, and he always beat the prices of other companies, and does not charge to replace things that can be fixed, he simply fixes them.

They're great. They're excellent. They're professional and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable around them. We've used them before and they've always been thorough. They do excellent quality. They got back to us the next day. They call before they come, to say they're on the way and when they'll be there. I appreciate that.
