Stan and his crew, and Jennifer in the office, were all professional, friendly, and prompt in their dealings with us. We were very pleased with the work they did for us. They scheduled us promptly. The crew was very efficient in their work and cleaned up before they left. We plan to use them again.

We had the misfortune of having a dust devil evolve in our driveway which made a beeline towards a huge, beautiful ocotillo in the front courtyard. Once it hit the plant the dust devil fizzled out but not before tearing the plant in half and wrenching it out of the ground. We contacted RO Tree Service because they had an arborist and we wanted an opinion as to whether or not the plant could be salvaged. Stan came out on 1 October and told us that the plant was not salvageable. While he was there we made arrangements to have two large desert spoon plants removed. The original occupants did a reasonably nice job with landscaping but the cluster of spoon plants were now growing into each other and looked terrible. In addition they were harboring packrats underneath.  Another three desert spoons needed to be trimmed up several inches owing to all the dead growth below; again, a haven for rats. A three-man crew came out on 13 October to remove the ocotillo and plant a new one in its place. They did a nice job in trimming the spoon plants, only trimming off what needed to come off and not "pineappling" the plants. They filled in after the removal of the other plants and cleaned up the area. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable when we asked questions. Anybody who can take on a large desert spoon plant gets my respect.

The action they took solved the root problems of the trees and greatly strengthened them.

They showed up on time, and did the work very quickly.  Prior to arriving, they promised that when they were done, the yard would look "as if the tree was never there."  They delivered on that promise.  I would call them again without hesitation.  They got rid of the tree, and fixed the landscaping when they were done.  The yard looks great.

The were superb. They considered the job an emergency and came the day after I called them. Five men, a large crane and a  cherry picker were used for the job. They completed the work  in 2-1/2 hours, were careful not to damage the house or plants surrounding the house, and raked the sight when they were finished - it was spotless. Their bid was half the price of other bids I got, and other companies would not have used a crane to lift the branch off the house, so the risk of doing damage to the house would have been great. I have used this company before, and their bids were always much less than other bids I got for the same work, and their work has always been superb.

This company did a very good job at a reasonable price. They showed up as promised, removed the tree and salvaged larger sections. They cut the large (3 foot) stump into horizontal sections that can be used for tables and stacked the wood as requested. They were able to grind down the stump as well. They left the site in good order.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND THE WORK WAS OF A VERY GOOD QUALITY. THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT WE RAN INTO WITH THEM WAS THAT A FEW TIMES THEY WERE A LITTLE LATE IN ARRIVING TO START THE JOB.
