RINCON WINDOW

Quality work.  Went very well.  Highly  recommend Dennis Gregory.

Accommodated me to get it done before leaving town for the Xmas holiday.  Had to postpone several days due to worker illness, but was reasonable and kept me posted.  Used old glass seal and would have liked a new one, but trusted the condition of the old/original one.  Use them if you need glass replaced...probably good at entire windows too.

He did excellent work. He has a lot of customers, so it took a while for him to get to it, but the company owner personally came out, measured everything, and he placed the order to the company. Then he installed the windows himself and completed it within two days. We left him the key to the house and he came in and did it when we weren't home. He secured the place and made sure everything was cleaned up. He took away the old windows and no mess around the house. If any stucco had to be repaired, he was capable of doing that and did it. Then he called back to see if there were any issues and I do have some issues and he actually came back and redid that for us at no charge.

See above. I highly recommend that if you decide to use this company, you withhold the final payment until you're completely satisfied with the work.

Dennis, is a one man shop. He ordered eveything and removed, replaced and repaired everything himself. When we had an issue he worked to resolve it and together we came up with a reasonable workable solution. Excellent work.

Dennis has his own work methods, which are somewhat scattered. He might forget to bring a tool, or supplies, or something he needs but didn't think of it. You're never quite sure if you're going to get a great job or just a job. In this case, it didn't go very well and the finished work was not to my standards. Of course, we can call him back to fix certain things but I'll take care of them myself. Overall, using Rincon Window for our window and door replacements, we saved some money because Dennis is less expensive than other bids. But if I had to do it all over again, I would use OpenEnclose. Dennis doesn't necessarily clean up after his work, leaving blue tape, plastic behind, and somewhat of a mess. He's not a true professional, rather, someone who knows his stuff and operates like a friend helping you with a project. Not enough for me.

rDennis gave us a fantastic price on replacing six old windows with a top-quality MI Energy Core windows. Do not confuse these MI windows with the bottom grade you see at Lowes, these are the top of the line windows. The price was great and the finished result is impressive. Dennis is also very skilled at stucco repair, which was needed to and quot;bullnoseand quot; the windows in the openings. We're very pleased.

Now, having said all that, be aware that Dennis is a one-man show and can get very busy and distracted with lots of cellphone calls. You may have to call him to keep things on schedule. And Dennis might come a bit late but will often call to let you know, and he might forgot to bring something or forget a tool or something like that. Keep your eye on the prize and work with him. You'll get some great windows at an unbeatable price. For the same windows, we had a quote $2,000 higher from another company.

Mr. Montiel (as previously stated) was on time and went to work immediately. He had all of his own tools and cleaning supplys. He was able to reach the top of some of the larger windows because he had all of the appropriate tools for the job.He worked tirelessly, never even taking a break.

Before Mr. Montiel left, he walked through the house with me so I could see the finished product. Not one area needed further attention.

When Mr. Montiel left my home, every window was streak free and spotless. The screens on each window were carefully removed, cleaned and put back on the windows, also sparklingly clean.

This is a job that would have taken me the better part of two days to complete. Mr.Montiel completed it in 4 hours. It was worth every penny for Rincon Window Cleanning.

The window replacement took place over 3 days. The work was quite good, and the workers were polite. They did a good job of protecting the interior of our home from dust and debris while the old windows were removed and the new ones installed. They did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day.
