Add me to the growing list of glowing reviews for Rincon AC. It was a complete accident I stumbled on them when our HVAC guy stopped dealing with extended warranties. Having two properties both with these purchased extended warranties, that was a bit of a blow and off in search of a company that would honor them and Rincon came through. Since then they have been our HVAC company and have continued to be professional and knowledgeable with both routine maintenance and a couple of unexpected breakdowns. We also have an apartment and decided to update and upgrade the heating and cooling there by installing a new mini-split and having all the old baseboard, swamp cooler and window-type A/C unit removed. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of of the work, the professionalism of the fellows doing the work and we felt it was a very fair cost. I absolutely, positively recommend these guys.
