THE WOODWORK IS ALL SOLID OAK AND MR. LUGO DID ALL OF THE CARPENTRY WORK ON THE FRAMEWORK AS WELL AS THE FLOORING AND WALLS. HE IS VERY PUNCTUAL AND HIS WORKMANSHIP IS OUTSTANDING. HE FOLLOWED OUR PLANS AND HIS INPUT WAS MOST BENEFICIAL.
