Rich realty was amazing. Professional and thorough. Ended contract with a subpar management company and Rich took over right away doing move out of tenant and getting house ready and rented in 2 weeks! Amazing pictures and promotion of property. House listed on a Saturday and rented by Friday. So pleased and less stressed with Rich since we live out of state. Should have come to Rich first spent 3 years under horrible management.

Rental service was great, always responsive to our needs. Especially liked the ability to pay rent or submit maintenance requests online.
House purchase went very smoothly and very quickly. Our rental owner wanted to take the house back so we had a limited amount of time to find a new place and move. Our agent was willing to show us as many houses as we wanted to see, and did a great job in representing us to submit an offer and negotiate for us.

We are 100% satisfied with the performance of Rich Realty. Company personnel--and Mr. Rich Bailey in particular--are extremely diligent in the performance of their responsibilities, Company personnel are very conscientious in communicating with us regarding any item of business that requires our approval. The company utilizes the services of many skilled trades people. Repair and management fees and charges have been entirely reasonable. We ourselves have more than (30) years' experience in property/rental management, so we are very well qualified to objectively evaluate the performance of the company. All HOA notices and other property needs are tended to immediately. Rent collection and filling vacancies with advertising are also services performed by Rich Realty. Rich Realty contracts out any repairs and clean up that are needed on the property. Communication is always friendly and prompt. I don't have to worry about it because I know it's in good hands.

The cost using his contractors is less than I could find with independents, and we have built a good working relationship. Most small customer service requests are completed before I even know there is a problem. The one time an a/c unit failed and the installation contractor was out of business Rich Property Mgmt stepped up and covered the cost ($800). The cost for this management service is the going rate of 10%

Rich Realty has been my Property Manager since January 2015, when I had to move from Arizona to California due to a job loss. I've never been a landlord before, and didn't have any desire to be one, but as my home was still underwater from the real estate crisis, I had no choice. Rich and his team helped me in every respect with this transition. They helped me understand what was needed with the house, then they handled everything after that. They had the home rented within one month, and it has been rented ever since. They handle everything with ease, and for a very reasonable fee. They found me a very reliable tenant, who has never missed a payment and has been a stable renter for almost 2 years. I am so glad I found Rich Realty to help me transition from a happy homeowner living in my own home to a happy landlord who did not have to give up on her dream of home ownership when I lost my job and had to transfer to another state. Thanks Rich and team!

Very well! Rich Bailey is right on top of all work. He is good at deciding what needs to be done and then getting it done at a reasonable price. I value his opinion. I especially appreciate that he has a long-term improvement plan for each property, which is typically implemented between tenants. I highly recommend Rich Realty as property managers.

We lived in our home rental for three years, whenever we had an issue which was few at best Rich Realty had fixed within a timely manner. The staff at Rich Realty is very friendly and treated us like family. We also used one of their awesome agent's to help us with the purchase of our very own home. Mike Irriogi was the first person we met from Rich Realty, he was the agent who showed us our home rental and also our real estate agent. Dona Strabala, what a charm, she is the sweetest, kindest receptionist they have and she makes you feel the most welcomed there at Rich Realty. Rich Bailey, the owner of this establishment is kind and caring and he really makes you feel like you are the king of the temporary castle. I highly recommend this amazing company for any of your rental or home purchasing needs.

He is not the best so I don't know. I think he does not like to hear bad things about his business, but that is just part of the game. His communication is off. He charges $100 a month. His price is fair. The last email I sent he did not respond. Then when he responds he gets nasty and short. His punctuality is off. I blame myself for it too. He is pretty much blunt and short to the point in the emails. When I tell him that he is coming off that way that's when he changes his attitude. I don't know if he is aware of it, but he probably is. He thought I was a pushover or passive. This is my property so I am not a pushover or passive concerning that.
