REPUCCI CONSTRUCTION

It was terrific. We worked with this contractor from the beginning of the planning phase, and the experience was about as good as it could be. The job involved major planning (with an architect), demolition, remodeling and new construction. Most walls were removed in the remodeled portion; almost all electrical and plumbing was new; new kitchen and bathrooms; new roof; re-oriented garage. House is one-story. Demolition began in August; we moved out in October and back in at the end of May. We are very pleased with the results.

Paul was personally involved in every aspect of the project, from bidding the job, and interacting with the architect, to supervising his own crew, hiring subcontractors, dealing with city inspectors, and the final sign-off. Both he and his entire crew were a real pleasure to deal with. Even in resolving the inevitable ''surprises'', ''unknowns'', and miscommunications on a project of this size, Paul was responsible, equitable, and responsive. His whole crew was friendly, respectful, clean, and diligent. The subs he hired were quality-conscious. We would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone, and we plan to use him again on future projects. He is the rare ''gem'' in the home building business, small enough to still be personally involved and passionate about timeliness, value, and craftsmanship.
