Appliance Repair
We phoned them, and they came out the next day, and he did fix the dryer, but had poor customer service skills, was quite rude, and we find out, today, that the igniter that he replaced in July of this year, was installed improperly, and has failed, once more. I would not use this company again.

WHEN MY HUSBAND CALLED THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE THEY UNDERSTOOD WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR DRYER. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND HAD THE PROBLEM FIXED IN A SHORT TIME.

THE MAN KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT, AND EXPLAINED HOW TO KEEP IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AS WELL.

THEY CAME OUT, AND PUT A NEW MOTOR AND A NEW BELT ON OUR WASHER AND DRYER. THEY EXPLAINED WHY IT BROKE AND WHAT WE COULD DO TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WOULDN'T BREAK AGAIN.
