It didn't go. I called this establishment the gentleman who answered the phone was not very helpful. He hesitated with every answer to every question I asked he then put me on hold and didn't come back on the phone for 13 minutes, and then told me they were closed for the day. I was ******! Not very professional or eager for more work!! Jackasses!!

We were advised the serviceman would be at our home to pick up the vehicle within two hours. The serviceman arrived within one half hour.
