Carpet Cleaning
When I secured quotes from several companies both in Tucson, and in Phoenix, I was consistently given very high bids. Real Pretty gave me the best quote, and agreed to drive to Phoenix to clean the carpet in two facilities there. Even with the cost of fuel, the bid was lower than those from companies that are located in Phoenix. The two facilities in Phoenix are located very far apart- one is in Mesa, and one is in Scottsdale. Both facilities are open for business M-F, 8AM -6PM, and the carpets can't be cleaned during business hours, so I expected to pay a premium for late or weekend work. The bill for the carpet cleaning was very reasonable, and the work was done on the weekend, and not even in the city that they live in. After nearly six months, the carpet in all my buildings still looks terrific.
