carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreWhen I secured quotes from several companies both in Tucson, and in Phoenix, I was consistently given very high bids. Real Pretty gave me the best quote, and agreed to drive to Phoenix to clean the carpet in two facilities there. Even with the cost of fuel, the bid was lower than those from companies that are located in Phoenix. The two facilities in Phoenix are located very far apart- one is in Mesa, and one is in Scottsdale. Both facilities are open for business M-F, 8AM -6PM, and the carpets can't be cleaned during business hours, so I expected to pay a premium for late or weekend work. The bill for the carpet cleaning was very reasonable, and the work was done on the weekend, and not even in the city that they live in. After nearly six months, the carpet in all my buildings still looks terrific.
Description of Work: I hired Real Pretty Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in my five facilities in Tucson, and two facilities in Phoenix. Not only did he charge me less than all the other companies that gave me bids, he drove to phoenix on a weekend to clean the carpets after hours so staff would not be disrupted. Once the carpets had been cleaned, he then applied a chemical to block dirt from returning. I have had this type of work done many times before, and the carpet is usually "wet" for several hours afterward, and this seems to attract new dirt very quickly. When Real Pretty was finished, the carpet was already dry, and has remained relatively clean for nearly six months. This type of cleaning is historically done every two months, but I do not have the need for repeat cleaning yet. When it is time again for re-cleaning, I will definitely call Real Pretty Carpet cleaning because they have taken care of my needs completely.
