RASCAL RENOVATIONS

He's doing a great job. He's getting it ready on time. He's had to do some extra work with the city inspectors. He is timely. He is pleasant to work with. He is very professional. This is the third time using him.

He is very personable, easy to get along with. He explained the project and agreed to finish before our November cut-off date. He started right away and proceeded to completion with hardly a hitch. He listened and gave us what we wanted. The only problem was that I didn't realize that since he started early and had the November 1 cut off date he thought he would stretch the project out. I got frustrated because the project dragged. I didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to get in the room for two months. If I had known I would have said he had to finish within a shorter time period. But, this was not his fault. His crew were careful and we had little or nor mess. They cleaned up everything. It was easy to tell them what I wanted as we went along. He seems to care that you get what you want and also that you trust him. He was trustworthy. The price was very reasonable. We enjoyed him and his crew.
