This place has honesty, integrity, does a quality job at an excellent price. They will tell you what is absolutely needed and what is secondary or starting to wear. They will take your parts happily (most don't because they like to inflate the parts on top of the labor). They will show you what was replaced (showed me old parts without having to ask). They will call or text you updates and even give you a ride home or back to work. (I got one to my hubands work so we shared a car for a few days). I can't say enough about this place and highly recommend it. For complete honesty, I gave one mark down for puncuality due to service extending one day from a part order delay that wasn't their fault. Seriously for the Quality of work done, I would rather wait than get my car on time and get stranded or have more costly repair. Randy's wouldn't do that and they completely warranty their work. Tamera was a delight to work with and a RELIEF to find when trying to navigate in an area I am not an expert in. Well Done "Bravo!!" and thank you many times over.

My engine light was on, which meant that there was a problem with the exhaust system; not in compliance with the state (Arizona) environmental vehicle standards. If the engine light is on, the vehicle will not pass (won't even be tested) emissions inspection which is required for annual vehicle registration. I later determined that the problem was specifically the "catalytic converter". The function of this part is to burn off fuel that was not burned in the engine; special material within the catalytic converter makes this happen. I called around and received numerous estimates to replace this part and the estimates ranged from $800 to $1,500. High Performance Exhaust Works estimated and completed the job for $320. Craig was the technician that performed the job. I got to speak with a few other gentlemen at the garage and got a really positive vibe. I sensed that these guys were honest and very professional and all of them are the affiliated with high performance cars in the local industry as well as the industry in general (NASCAR, etc.) In addition to replacing the catalytic converter, I got my oil changed (w/filter) for $30, and my AC recharged at no additional cost due to my AC system not needing much AC material.
