"I have looked into this complaint and unfortunatley everything stated is correct. All that I can offer is that this occured under former management and that today managment has been completely replaced. Moving contracts in general do not provide coverage for damage unless you as the customer select additional coverage at an additional cost. that was not done on this move. As far as being rude and not returning phone class, that is unacceptable and not something that happens under the new management."
