I have actually used John several times for work at my home and at our rental property, mostly for categories that would best fit into the "Handyman" role. He has performed a variety of services, including light plumbing and electrical, drywall work, cabinet hanging, installation of an attic fan, etc. All work was performed with good to excellent quality.

John also is very disciplined in his communications, letting me know where he was at in his schedule, when there would be delays, etc. He is very personable and easy to work with.

He has also talked me out of options and projects that would be beneficial to him but expensive to me ? a good sign always.
