I hired a man from Pull Out Shelves to install them in our pantry and kitchen. They came with a lifetime warranty. While overall, OK, the shelves in one pantry cabinet have never worked 100% to our satisfaction and when I called to make good on the warranty in October of 2009, the owner told me they do not warranty the installation work of their independent contractors, and as it turns out the one we had is no longer in business, so we are out of luck. Lifetime Warranty does not mean Lifetime Warranty.
