I called Terry because his company was recommended by Saniflo, the manufacturer of my up flush toilet system. He was busy at the moment and told me that he would call me right back. I waited 30-60 minutes and called him again. He apologized and said he forgot. We made an appointment for the following day at 3pm. I rushed home from work and waited for approximately 1 hour and nobody showed up. I called Terry once again and he apologized once again and said that he forgot. He did get someone to come out around 5:30pm so at least he attempted to fix his mistake. The technician came out and the problem was as simple as a metal clip was turned the wrong direction and was scraping on the side of the tank. He literally took the $2 cheesy clip and turn it backward. He did run the toilet afterwards to make sure it was working. He was in my house for approximately 15 minutes. Then about a week later I get a call from Terry who told me we needed to settle the bill. I was expecting a trip charge of maybe $75 which I had been quoted by other companies, nope.....$219 to turn around a thin metal clip and flush the toilet a few times. I told him that his bill seemed quite excessive and he got an attitude saying "well that is what I charge". I paid the bill but I do not feel that this was fair pricing at all. They are the only company in town that was recommended by the manufacturer so I'm hoping that I never have anymore problems. I have posted a picture of the tiny metal clip that is worth $200.

I would recommend him in a minute. He was very professional and very accomdating to come out so late at night. Trying to get someone out after hours is impossible and he asked without any hesitation.

This company was refererred by my  home warranty company for what was I thought to be a leaking waterheater. It turned out to be   portable water expansion tank that was leaking. This item turned out  not covered under my warranty, even though required by the city code.
Terry explained to me why this item was required for safety reasons. He gave me an estimate and replaced the the portable water expansion tank.

I needed to replace my water heater.   These guys were able to come the quickest out of those I called for estimates.    Unfortunately, I feel I was overcharged for this, even though the work done was of  good quality.    I have no problems with the water heater itself, it works just as it should.   The man who did the work did an excellent job (was not the owner) and he added an extension through the wall of the garage so that if it should start to leak, it will help prevent flooding.     He did come several hours after he was supposed to so not very punctual. My only beef is with the owner and his lack of communication skills.    He was unaware of a rebate offered by the gas company for the installation of a more efficient hot water heater (and I purchased a model that was included in the rebate).   I called several times asking for an invoice that detailed out the model number of the unit (which this company supplied) and the labor versus tank charge.     Despite the fact that I was told he would send one, I never received one and I finally gave up.   What that tells me is that his labor rates are very high.  I know about how much a 50 gallon water heater from the manufacturer costs so I do know I paid very high labor rates to this guy.   I know what other estimates I received and I ended up between $300-400  higher but I was desparate to get the old leaking one out before it really flooded.  So, without an invoice detailing out at least the model number, I cannot get the rebate from the gas company.   I have tried and they will not do it.      Really disappointed by that when it could have been so easily solved and the owner could have shared this information with other customers purchasing a water heater.

I called Terry and scheduled an appointment the next day that I could be home, which was about a week later. Terry arrived as scheduled and had his high school aged son with him. They were very courteous. We chatted about the work I needed and his son's baseball career, and they went to work. They finished in about 2 hours and I inspected their work. While writing up my bill on the hood of my car, Terry noticed my military sticker and gave me a 10% discount.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX A VALVE ON THE TOILET AND BY THE TIME THEY HAD LEFT, THERE WAS HAD A HUGE PUDDLE ON THE FLOOR. THEY CAUSED A LEAK AND MADE ME PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.
