Disaster! The two guys sent out were so overbooked and stressed out....covered in sweat. They had no real professional equipment, but rather were making due with pieces of cardboard to block vents. Their shop-vac had no filter, so was spewing dust all over the freshly-painted and cleaned apartment. They allowed dirty water to drip all over the walls. The vents weren't clean at completion. I was so dissatisfied that I had another service come out and do the job over!
I asked the owner for a partial refund, but he never responded.
