Person that came out was punctual on the weekend and advised that we just shut off our water unless for short periods and wait until Monday as the weekend prices keep going up every few hours and the scope of the job was not clear yet. We appreciated that. On Monday he was several hours late due to truck trouble, but came about 2 hours after he said he would - necessitated several calls by me. It turned out that the repair job was not large. I know that plumbing costs tend to be high, but I feel that we ere overcharged for this. He was not at the job for as long as he said, and charged us $70 for a few pieces of PVC pipe and glue. I saw that he has bought a new extension cord, but don't feel that we should have been charged for this and who knows what else of their personal supplies. And several additional cost such as $20 for each truck that came over, etc. I used this company because it was recommended by our facilities manager at work. I would definitely not use them again and passed on my experience to our manager.

(Most of it told above) Went perfectly, price was reasonable.

Jesse was very helpful. I dug the trench myself to save money, but he came to my house to show exactly how to dig it. He was always prompt. He returned all our phone calls and gave us a break on labor cost when the parts ended up costing more than he thought.
