Customer service is poor. We are almost ten months since initial communication, 9 months since down payment. The project was slightly slow to start but has been near standstill for the past five months. We have solar panels on our roof since February and they are still not generating power for us and it is now August (six months later). The contractor made some mistake with permitting in was slow to rectify. Failed inspections, lack of returned phone calls, promises without action. On a positive note, the panels look great! We hope someday to enjoy them as a renewable energy source.

Very professional and kept me informed with what was going on until solar panels were completely installed.

They provided answers to why my solar system was not working and what needed to be done to fix it. System is still down, I think, so what is my next procedure? Do I need to contact someone's else, or will they follow up and assist me? I contacted Canadian Solar on new panels, but have not heard back.
