They did't complete the service as agreed on contract. They failed to finish planting, cleaning/removing trash, installing wood and tile border.The owner gave me an estimate and a due date to finish the project. He received the full amount requested yet never finish the job. The project was postponed so much that I had to leave town before the end of the project. When I came back to Tucson I called him and he told me he would come to finish the project. I waited another week to call him back only to learn that he was not planning on returning to my house because he got sick. I waited another week so he could get better and received a very rude email asking me to leave him alone. I have them documented and saved. I tool pictures of his project. He did not finish planting flowers around my palm tree; did not finish the tile border around the palm tree, he did not finish installing a wood border around my flowers along the wall; he damage the drip system with one the the stakes he used to secure the wook border; he did not clean the trash, he did not finish the weed removal. He threatened me to call the cops if I continue to request a refund or for the job to be completed by him.
