PRESTIGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

I would never even consider using this company. I had letters constantly sent to me that the tenants didnt' put the trash out, cut the lawn, left debris everywhere. Moreover, they brought it a gang to live in my house and there even was a shooting of some sort. There was dog feceses all over the house, carpets peed on, oil spills all over the garage, every appliance possible broken. When I tell you, I had to reinvest $26,000 just to be able to put the house on the market because of Prestige, you can imagine what kind of people they are and how much they care about your property. Do not go here- they will forever ruin your house. Horrible horrible company to work for- unprofessional, don't care about anything just to get your money. Will find the worst possible tenants for your property.

They are a management comany and rented my home out right away.

They charge per month is to High the office staff is not professional at all. The tools they use in the office are out of date. the office is only open Monday thou Thursday and  closed on Fridays. When something needs to be fixed or yard work to be done instead of looking for the best price they get the high price,  this company is not looking out for what is best for me they are looking out for what is best for the company.

IF you leave your contracted they will charge you and  penalize you for leaving, other company do not do this. what I would say to other clients (stay away run as fast as you can).

Avoid this company.  They are unprofessional in every way.  Jay, the owner/broker told me if I didn't like their services, he thinks I should go elsewhere.  When you walk into their office, you don't get the welcoming feeling you should get and if I had a question about a charge for a maintenance item, they made me feel like I was bothering them.  It seems to me they are most interested in how much money they could make from an absentee owner (me).  They should focus more on quality of service.

We have used them since 2006 and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone to manage their rental property. I can't enough good things about them.
