Unprofessional and knew exactly how to scam us out of $75 without doing anything. I tried calling back several times but nobody answered or called me back. I DON'T RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY. THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE POOR REVIEWS.

They were really good. They were very prompt in getting out. They explained everything they were getting ready to do and had a haul away service for our old water softener. The thing was extremely heavy and I was appreciative that the guy said they would do a haul away service on it, take it away. He did a lot of explaining how soft water works, where it comes out of, what it does, and what it doesn't do. A very very personable young man who came out and did this and he was exactly on time, when he said he was going to be there, real upbeat and finished the work real quickly and was very neat so I would definitely use them again.

We had a positive experience with them. Everything was done just the way we had expected. There was nothing that really stood out. We kind of were hooked up with them just through a home warranty kind of thing since we bought our house. Everything was just the way we expected it.
