Presidential Pools Inc

Planning and execution were horrible. There were a lot of mistakes, a lot of redos, a lot of inconveniences, and the project took way longer than proposed. Most of the major issues have been resolved (I think), but there are still a few items that are unresolved--Once I get my second wind I will re-pursue.

Smooth as silk. Dave McKinnon is one of the most professional people I have worked with. He makes commitments and meets his timeframes. He is very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dave for any pool or hot tub acquisition.

The main likes about them were that they did quality work, and the pool and spa look beautiful. The dislikes are that their timeline was way off. They told us that the latest the pool would be completed would be early November, and they completed it mid December. They were a month late.

I was going with Patio and they shook me off so freaking bad that I paid $1800, they're too expensive and went with Presidential so basically I had a drying for my pool and went what I wanted. We had to go there one time to pick out colors but that was about it because we had already been through the whole routine with Patio so we knew what we wanted. When Presidential took over, everything went well like clock works. I have 15 by 31 rectangle pool with the automatic cleaning on the bottom with ozone generator, lights, and all that stuff. They were really easy to work with because we already knew what we wanted for tiles and everything, the decking and all that stuff. They were digging within like 3 weeks and the only hold up was, I had to pull another permit because Patio had pulled it so I had to pull that one out and put another one in and they started digging right away. Patio is only from February until May and hadn't even done the hole in the ground, all I had was painted thing on the ground where the pull was going to go in and then I finally got disgusted. Patio said they were going to come out and dig my hole until July 18th or something and they started this on February, I don't know what took them so long, I have no idea and it really pissed me off but they did it and it cost me a thousand bucks basically to get off on the contract. Presidential explained everything to you in detail and it's excellent, plus you have application on your Smart phone that you bring it up and it tells you what is the schedule, what has been done, how much you owe, what's been paid, everything was on this app in your phone so that in anytime, you can call if something is scheduled to happen and it doesn't happen, you call or they'll call you and let you know that it's another day or 2. They came in within a week of what they projected for the end date of the pool which is good. Everything single time, I call them with anything, it was taken cared of like right now, I cannot give them high enough rating. I got in pool cleaning, ozone generator and I got lights that I wasn't going to get with Patio and their overall price was $2500 less to what Patio had quoted me.

It turned out fabulous. They are very easy to work with. They listen to customer needs. The workers are quality. I ended up with a state of the art pool.
