WHEN WE GOT THE FIXTURE HOME AND OPENED IT UP, THERE WERE MULTIPLE SCRATCHES OUT OF THE CRACKLE FINISH. PREMIER OFFERED TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND SAID WE COULD HAVE THE ONE ON THE SALES FLOOR WITH A DISCOUNT. BECAUSE IT WAS A LONG DRIVE BACK THERE FOR US, I VERIFIED WITH THEM THAT THEY HAD LOOKED OVER THE FLOOR MODEL VERY CAREFULLY AND IT WAS IN PERFECT SHAPE. WHEN I ARRIVED, THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. THEY HAD TO ORDER SEVERAL MORE CHANDELIERS IN AND AGAIN, I MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO DRIVE BACK OVER TO LOOK THE THREE OVER AND PICK THE BEST ONE. GOT THERE, AND THE COMPANY TRUCK HAD NOT MADE IT OVER FROM THE WAREHOUSE WITH THE OTHER TWO, AND THE ONLY ONE THEY HAD IN STOCK HAD ALREADY BEEN PICKED UP BY THE INSTALLER. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL AND TELL ME. THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO HAVE GOOD INTENTIONS, BUT THEY NEED TO BE MORE PROACTIVE IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTEAD OF CONSTANTLY MAKING MISTAKES AND THEN APOLOGIZING FOR THEM. WON'T BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE.
