In my opinion, this is a company you won't want to deal with. They have seemingly good technicians, but their billing dept if hopeless. We had someone come to the house and "fix" the garage door. He also installed a code pad to open the door from the outside. I went to my office to get a check. When I came back, he said his ipad wasn't working and he couldn't bill me. I asked if he didn't have an idea how much it would be. "About $140." So I offered to give him a check. He said he couldn't take it. Had to be done through the Ipad. He left. Didn't hear a word for a couple of weeks. So I called. They said they had no record of it. So I waited assuming one day I would hear from them. Finally after a year plus, I did. They said that I owed them $209 and that the account was delinquent! So good luck with these characters...PS The Code pad quit working a couple of months after the guy was here. Hopeless.
