Porter Construction Services LLC

The estimate was immediately scheduled during my inquiry phone call. 
The owner of the company, Dean Porter came out exactly on time, made drawings and measurements, and had an estimate to me with 4 days.
 I selected his company to perform the work.  He and his crew arrived the first day (10 minutes early!).  They gave me a plan they already had in place to complete the work, and the time frame. They asked questions the first day, and did not wait until the issue became a problem or anything had to be re-done.  I appreciated that! 
The owner suggested two doors instead of the one I had planned, and was absolutely correct.  Now that it is done, I can see exactly the benefits he pointed out.  He looked for ways to save money on my part, and I appreciated that. 
He had supplies here for his crew before they were needed, and everything went according to his plan.  His crew was professional, and if it weren't for the noise of construction, I wouldn't have known they were there.
 They completed everything exactly as the original estimate, and the only changes were ones that were questioned and approved in advance.  This company was not even the most expensive of all the bidders I had for the job.  They were honest, accurate, hard-working.  I am already coming up with other projects I need to have done in the house, because I felt that they did an excellent job with screening in my patio and making a really nice porch.
An extra note:  I have two very large curious and nosy dogs...Mr. Porter and his crew were wonderful about making sure the dogs didn't get into things, and didn't get out of the gated yard.  I also appreciated their concern for my pets and my home.
