The repairman was pleasant and knowledgeable and completed the job. At the time of service we were informed that we needed a new control panel for remote operation of our system. We asked for a written estimate of materials and labor, but received no response from the owner. After reading other reviews customer service is apparently not a high priority. We would rate a D if it wasn't for the repairman who performed the initial service. We ended up going with another company with a very positive rating.

They were amazing! Not only did they fix everything at a super fair price, far less than my regular pool service company had quoted me, but they were informative and taught me how to operate everything and helped me label each valve and make a cheat sheet to remember in the future how to get everything turned on when I needed it. They came out a handful of times when I failed to remember how to get the hot tub running, they did troubleshooting, and didn't make me feel at all silly for needing help. They also pointed out a number of things my current pool service company had been missing, like the algae growing in my pool, and needless to say I have now switched to using Pools Plus for my weekly pool service. I can't speak highly enough of them. They're kind, courteous, professional and thorough. I am very grateful!

My old pool service sold/gave his customer list to Pools Plus, Inc in Tucson, AZ.  I asked for a meeting to meet these new people who would be working at my home, which did take place on May 16, 2013.  I extended my hand for a hand shake but instead, this new person hugged me.  I was shocked.  Uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.  How dare he hug me, a women he has never met and I had extended my hand.  I would never do business with this unprofessional company.  PLUS, they bill for services in advance.  I never heard of such a practice.  Beware of the hug.

I have used them for several years. If there is an emergency they come and fix the problem. They have been very nice to me and are very friendly, good people. They are reasonably priced, the price listed is monthly.
