Paul, from PCH, came by and looked at our roof, and took some photos. He shared them with us stating that there was some patching to be done. A day later we received an estimate, which included blowing off debris, power washing, coating, sealing and some roof fabric. The price seemed quite good. A few days later Paul was back with a small team, who completed the work over six days, including time for drying and calling in a carpenter to fix a deteriorated board. The team worked diligently, arriving at daybreak and working to about midday, when it got really hot. I'm satisfied. A bit later we engaged with PCH for an outside electrical problem, with similar results.
