Technicians were very nice and did a great job.Cleaned up totally when job was completed.Would recommend this company.

Seamless, the products were delivered and installed as promised. The crew did not leave until the job was complete. All trash and the old unit removed. When it's June, over 105 F, in Tucson AZ, these were all major plusses. I would HIGHLY recommend these fine people to anyone who needs these services and have enlisted them repeatedly for spring/fall heating/cooling check ups in the past.

This has got to be the worst company I have ever paid good money to for very substandard service! They were never on time with the appointment Windows they gave us (8:00-9:00a.m. etc.), and never called to inform us when they weren't going to be on time, you know, in case I had a life, or an appointment that I needed to reschedule or anything that had anything other to do than fit THEIR schedule! I reside in Arizona and am a 100% disabled veteran with congestive heart issues and can't tolerate living in a home that gets to be 90-100 plus degrees indoors when the a.c. isn't working properly! I guess being an a.c. and plumbing company in Arizona gives you less reason to worry about small things such as CUSTOMER SERVICE, because, well your in Arizona! And everyone NEEDS a properly functioning AIR CONDITIONER, especially if your very life depends on it! I'm kinda at the mercy of the mechanic, as it were. CUSTOMER SERVICE is dead in Arizona, because they know you will have to pay no matter and they don't need your hard earned money because it's Arizona and everyone needs a.c. here! They can't be bothered with little things like CUSTOMER service. Highly dissatisfied with this company! I would NEVER NEVER EVER recommend this very INCONSIDERATE company to my WORST ENEMY. EVER EVER!!!!! Too lazy to even consider calling, as if I owed them my undying gratitude for making me wait! If you need emergency a.c. service and you are a senior citizen, PLEASE DO NOT call this company, because your needs do not matter! They have plenty of work to do in THEIR OWN GOOD TIME and BEST INTEREST and they will not shed one tear to lose your business!!! Remember customer service?? It's a different time. Too bad.

The things that Arenas did not check for or discover cost us not only his charge of $269.38 but an additional $4627.78 and 10 days of suffering in extreme heat of 100+ degrees, until Able Refrigeration was able to to replace the and quot;unhappy compressorand quot;. My husband and I could not leave our home because we have vulnerable livestock, so we kept wet towels hung everywhere and fans blowing, and kept ourselves, the dogs, carpet, furniture, and walls soaking wet with spray bottles of water.

We reported his incompetence to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. They later declined to issue a citation because the contractor was not provided an opportunity to inspect the work within 15 days of receiving written notice from the Registrar, and that the contractor's work has been subject to modification. (replacement of the compressor)

This was a cruel joke on us, while suffering in extreme heat during a heat wave with medical conditions. We had no choice but to replace the compressor as soon as we possibly could!

I like everything about them. I like their honesty, fairness, reasonable pricing, punctuality and professionalism. I wouldn't hire anyone else to work on my air conditioning and heating system. We needed them on a weekend day and they came right away. They were within hours. I would rate them highly and would absolutely use them again in the future.
