She still has hair and her breath still smells bad. She still smells terrible. She is soft and fluffy so they did okay I guess. They called right away when she was done and wanted paid.

Petsmart has done all of our grooming, for years. Lately this store has gone downhill, fast. We have had our current dog, a purebred mini Schnauzer, groomed here a few times. He can be fussy and we tell them that each time but never ever bites etc. They always act nice toward the dog but the grooming isn't always fully done. Sometimes they say "oh he wouldn't hold still" or they would neglect to properly grind his nails. We talk to them but they never adjust the price. Out of dumb force of habit we kept taking Koda there but we're not returning. We're using Angie's List to find a better groomer. If your dog is easy going I'm sure this is an ok place to go, although it seems overpriced.

Haircut was good. Price was a bit costly for a 10 lb dog. Won't go back as dog died and we are moving to Montana from Tucson, AZ.

They do a very good job. They provide a good service. We are pleased. They are all very professional. They are good at getting you in quickly and keeping in touch.

Grooming was OK, but our reservation and paperwork couldn't be found. The operation seemed disorganized and didn't give us the confidence to board our beloved dog with them.

I would give them good grades overall. I would use them again.

They were great. The pricing was fair.

They are just great there. The doggie daycare is only $18 for all day.

We were very leery of leaving our dog in a kennel but found ourselves in a situation where we had to leave her for a week. I shopped around a number of kennels in Tucson and along the way several dog owners raved about their experience with this Petsmart location. They were right -- the staff there is magnificent, the play time service is great and our dog left no worse for wear. We subsequently used another (outstate) Petsmart location and weren't quite as impressed. This location on Broadway is a real stand-out...I really, really appreciated their extra kindness and care.

We took our dog to this location for grooming and boarding. We are very particular about how our dog is groomed, and they followed our instructions perfectly. We were very impressed with the haircut. We also took our dog here for boarding during a short vacation. The staff was very friendly and polite. It was a bit more money than we wanted to spend, but they definitely delivered great service.

We enrolled our puppy in the beginning class when he was about 2 months old and followed with the intermediate a few months later. Kristen B was our trainer and she was fantastic. The price was for an 8 week class meeting once a week. It was and remains very well worth the money. The dogs have a chance to interact and get socialized in the Petsmart environment which has really seemed to help. The training was all positive reinforcement based with the use of a clicker. Kristen B and the other trainers are all seem very well educated in training and dog behavior. The classes covered many aspects of training well beyond sit and stay including an emergency word, heel, settle, leave it, etc. Great experience for the dog and the owner(s).
