very well, they have a monthly service ($45) that is reasonably priced that puts the removed nests under a warranty. this means that if the rats try to re-inhabit nest then they trap and remove free of charge. I am very satisfied with the service and the techs that come out are very professional. I would recommend this company.

Pest Friends secured many places around the house where these pests could enter into our home. They are on a schedule and will also come as needed for new sightings or problems in between visits. Always let us know when they are arriving and make sure to know any current activity.

Very pleased! Salomon was exceptional at finding termite tunnels, even when well hidden. Scott and Salomon came up with a plan that took my concerns into account. Very thorough with their explanations ... couldn't be more personable too.

The team was solid when it came to technical ability and explaining exactly what they needed to do and why! They checked in and told me exactly what they were doing and how much longer it would be. The monthly service has been great as well with sending them our needs and then they execute on whatever needs to be done!
