Paradise House Cleaning

My home has never been cleaner and the extra care taken by Paradise House Cleaning really does go a long way into helping make my home a happy house. When initially engaged they were prompt in responding unlike the other five companies under consideration based on ratings, reviews and research.  
For reference during the first meeting, we toured all areas of the house, we discussed the list of items included as part of the regular weekly cleaning. I strongly urge anyone looking to engage a service to take time on this step to assure expectations are met.  During our meeting Paradise House Cleaning (Rebecca) provided me with the rotating larger tasks that would be part of my service. This included items like rotation of mattress, marble conditioning, and stainless steel polishing,  None of the other services included these type of items as part of weekly cleaning.  
Additionally we covered the products used, and sanitary methods that provided real clean instead of just moving dirt from room to room. Both the usage of green cleaning products and frequent towel changes were key to providing me with a service that matched the care I wanted for my house. At each point communication was clear, they used open questions to explore my expectations and in each case Paradise House Cleaning met then exceeded my expectations. 
While many cleaning services I have engaged in the past performed  well for the first few cleans, Paradise House Cleaning continues to WOW me each timer.  Friends that make use of them have similar experiences to mine, hence my desire to post this review and share the outstanding service experience with other users here on Angie's List. 
As a provider they have been flexible in meeting our needs with no skipped details as pursuant to our agreement.  Spring cleaning, special project tasks are discussed, agreed, and executed with great success. On cleaning days I adore not only the way the house looks but how it feels.  
Past cleaning services have left me underwhelmed or in some cases horrified to find items broken or agreed upon tasks incomplete.  When looking for a service I found several were unwilling to engage unless the household pets were restricted to outdoors prior and throughout each visit. With Paradise House Cleaning banishment into 120 temperatures is not required.  
My house has multiple individuals and pets that might present a challenge to any number of companies. Paradise House Cleaning continues to meet the needs of all members of the household, including our pets. In today?s busy world and with an eye towards managing a household budget I do not know what we would do without them.
