I'd been a satisfied customer for about 20 years but one of the current owners, Ms. Sarnoff, was surprisingly rude and unprofessional in resolving their mistakes. I'd suggest to her to correct her demeanor if she hopes to have a more peaceful life and lose fewer customers.

Sylvia, the owner of Paloma Gallery, is an absolute joy to work with. I have some art background and she always honors my ideas even while suggesting alternatives. She has a terrific eye for matting and framing. The most recent print that I brought to Paloma Gallery seemed challenging to me to mat and frame because it had some luminescence as well as fairly stark images. It took us surprisingly little time to come to agreement on the mats for the print, and she was spot on with an idea for a frame. I have worked with her several times to frame my photographs and my experiences have been uniformly wonderful. The store itself is full of interesting objects, paintings, and prints. Everyone I have met there seems enthusiastic about what they do and about their merchandise. Paloma Gallery is a warm and welcoming place.

I took in an old mirror that I wanted to hang. I was asked if I wanted to hang it vertically or horizontally and I wasn't sure.
They attached two ssets of hangers so that I could hang it either vertically or horizontally.

We took the prints in, got great advice for matting, framing and glass. The work was done ahead of schedule and perfect.
