"Well certainly that would be a terrible experience. However I don't know of the experience you're expressing. We're a company of honesty and integrity. We tell you what we're going to do and we do what we tell you. To claim that we forged a signature is a bold claim and an illegal act. Something of that should be backed up with evidence. We've never and would never do such a thing. We're a fully licensed, bonded and insured company. I have no need to do so and wouldn't risk the 30+ years my company has been in business for a $300 ticket as you claim. I hide behind no religion, I proudly state we're a Christian business. We serve all in our community. Roughly 70% of the people I deal with, whether it be customer and vendors are women. There's again, not an issue and it's very apparent should anyone actually know us. Clearly you've had a bad experience, what the true nature is we don't know. A whole lot is said and none of it sounds like any work we do. I don't do anything with Angie's List and just happened upon this review. It something that deserves a response.
