Overman Construction

Blake Overman is the owner. He was fabulous. I have recommended him to two of my good friends and would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody. The fixing of the leaky roof was not part of the original job. I did pay him for the service call, which was very reasonable. I really liked him. I paid $5,000 for his services. On a jovial note, I told him that I would have liked to adopt him. He was very professional. He saw the house, looked at what I needed done, and send me the estimate through E-mail. I signed a contract with him. The contract mentioned everything that he would do and how he was expecting to be paid. There were no questions. He completed the work on time. He started late because of weather conditions, but he called me and informed me several days in advance as to when he would come out. I would rate him highly without any question. I did get an estimate which was lower than his. However, I got a positive vibe from him; I did not mind paying extra for the nice vibe that I got from him. He maybe a little expensive, but I am not sure. I certainly have not regretted using him even for a minute. I would hire him again in the future. Overall, I think he is superb.
