He was about 15 mins early and texted me ahead of time which I appreciated. He was able to figure out how to install the kitty door panel without having to cut it down or damaging the sliding door. He also got the weather stripping installed on it. The price was very reasonable as well. I'm pleased and so is my kitty.

Arcadia was polite and punctual and that is the only positive I can say. The workmanship was not good. He installed a fan that required some electrical. The fan wobbles and instead of using conduit he used flex line that looked shoddy. When I asked about the wobble he did not offer to fix it and said well that is the way it is. He also worked on the cooler at the same time and when he was done and ready to leave I asked how the cooler was working, and he said great. However, when I turned it on it was blowing hot air. When he returned to look at it, he admitted he did not check it to see if it was working. The biggest regret was how much he charged. He not only was charging close to $80 @ hour for just himself, but he marked up the materials he purchased by quite a bit. He did not give me a receipt and when I questioned the invoice once I received it I did not get a response. Very disappointed with workmanship and price and would not recommend using him, sorry.
