On the Side Plumbing LLC

They answered our call over 4th of July weekend. Benjamin (owner) did all the work. He explained everything so I would understand not only what he was doing but how to maintain plumbing necessary. What a relief to finally find a plumber that is honest with pricing for services as well as equipment. I have already recommended him to friends and am now comfortable and confident that should any other plumbing problems arise, I have a company to call. As an aside, his work was so good that I asked him for recommendations for other work I needed done.

They were awesome! They returned my call the same day! They were communicative and made sure I was home for the appointment that was set for the next day. I was very pleased with the work they did. 

We are very pleased with the service and attention given by On The Side Plumbing LLC.      Our service technician was prompt in returning telephone calls, scheduling our appointment and even called 20 minutes in advance to let us know he was on the way.   He arrived on time.    In no quick time,  he diagnosed the issues with our water heater,  had answers and a remedy and began covering preliminary repair set ups with no hesitation.   He was informative,  and let us know what was happening at each step.    Our service call and repairs took less than 2 hours to complete.    He gave us a lot of useful information,  answered our questions and gave my husband information on flushing our water heater when it was needed.    Our service tech was patient, kind,  considerate & polite.     Our water heater was covered by our  current  home warranty program, which is CHOICE HOME WARRANTY.   Once our claim was approved,  our water heater was repaired completely & it's as good as new!      Everything went very smoothly!   We are so pleased with the service & the consideration we received!   We will be using  On The Side Plumbing LLC again if & when we need a plumber again!   I would recommend this company to friends and family without hesitation!   

Due to an annoying set of circumstances, it took four different plumbers to actually get my shower fixed. I called the original company on July 20. Almost ten weeks later, plumber #4, Ben, arrives like a knight on a white horse. He was referred to me by plumber #3. He not only expertly installed the part that was needed in a complex tower system, but also explained how the part worked. He gave me a great hint of using pickle juice to clean shower parts of the hardwater build up and soap scum...it works great! On the way out, he noticed my front security door did not open fully and told me why the installation of the slide part was incorrectly done. He told me the options available to fix it...did I want him to fix it? Of course. And now my front security door opens and closes the way it should! I was impressed enough to ask him to give me a price on my covered/screened back patio structure which was in need of major repair. Ben had been a contractor....and I will hire him for this work too when I'm ready. I say when you find a talented, well-mannered, confident and informative trade person, you stick with them! Highly recommend.

He did make the experience a little easier for me. He was on time. I had a broken back at the time so he was quite helpful as far as helping me getting this done. He helped me to maneuver around my house with a broken back and he plumbed at the same time. He was very courteous and very helpful. He was reasonably priced. He came up with the solution that the other two plumbers that I got quote from didn't. I have recommended them.
