+ -1 moreContractor started job but failed to finish. I called numerous times and was told by Juan that he would be here within a few days, but he never returned. I gave him $200 to buy materials. When I asked for a refund he stopped returning my calls.
Description of Work: Small job surfacing new construction with stucco. About 100 square feet in all. Total price $400.00.
