We had new windows installed in our home in 2023. The didn’t put flashing in at least one of our windows which caused a leak. We contacted Old Pueblo Stucco to repair the job. Kevin did the work and we were extremely pleased with his work. It’s difficult to tell the old stucco from the new. Kevin went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up the job when they were done. I would call them again if I ever needed Stucco work. They returned our calls when we had questions. They showed up on time.

Everything went very well. Workers were polite, tidy, competent and thorough. They found a lot more cracks than anyone expected but took the extra time to deal with them properly. We worked together to choose colors and trim. They covered or moved everything near the house so it would not get painted then put it all back nicely when finished. Window and door protection was accurately applied. Workmanship and materials were excellent in all respects, highly recommend. Only small issue was their schedule was a little unpredictable but we were flexible so it was not an issue for us. Cost was at the top end of our budget but I am willing to pay for such exceptional work.

Excellent attention to detail, quality work, responsive. Would definitely use again. There was some missed clean-up that needed to be done at the end of the job but I called and they came out right away to take care of it.

Job was done as scheduled. Workers took pride in their work and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the quality of the finished work.

The team was late - was expecting them in the morning, but they didn't arrive until 3 or 4p.
Team was great though, 3 guys, very fast, very complete work.
They used a drop-cloth and cleaned up after themselves, really liked the crew.
There was some confusion on what was included in the estimate, I suggest being very clear with the boss. I spoke with him on the phone, and he worked with me to come to a solution that worked for us both.

We called to get an estimate.  A man came and we received the estimate via e-mail.  The man said the entire job could be done in less than a day.  We scheduled for today 3/28.  They were supposed to arrive at 8:00 a.m., but they called and said that they would be here at 9:30 or 10:00. The reason they gave, "We have to buy supplies."  That seemed odd since they are a stucco company. Two men arrived at 10:15.  They said they could only do part of the job today, then would need to let the stucco cure and come back for the final coat on Tuesday evening.  We agreed even though that is not what they said originally.      Before noon we realized they were gone. They had not said a word to us or told us they were leaving. We stayed home, assumed they would return today to get as far as they promised. Around 3:30, my husband started calling the company to ask what was going on and the man said that they would be coming back on Monday.  We won't be home on Monday and the job (in the state they left it today) would under those circumstances require TWO more trips.  When my husband complained, the man said he would get them back today (in an hour or hour and a half).  It seemed too risky to allow them to come back...if their work was as bad as the customer service provided so far, what would we do then?  So...we told them not to come back.  When my husband said he would pay for what they did this morning, they said it would be $175. We only agreed to pay $70 because the job was not even half finished.

Staff came by our home to give us a quote.  They did arrive about an hour later than planned, but they called ahead to say they would be late.   They were very professional and thorough in looking over the house.  They explained the issues they saw and what they would be doing to implement the repairs.  They answered all my questions in a straight forward manner.  The two men who inspected the house were the same ones who later performed the work - which I really appreciated.  I provided them with my contact information and the owner emailed me a quote within a day.  I had some additional questions about the material that were using and how well paint would adhere which were answered in a phone call, so I scheduled the service to start on 2/2/2015. The two men who were doing the work did show up late on that first day, however there really wasn't any reason for me to need to be home for their arrival. They did come and go on their own schedule, and if a customer had any strict schedule on when they would be able to work or not work, that could be an issue.  It wasn't an issue for us.  They did excellent and thorough work.  They found locations needing repair that were hard to get to (which I wouldn't have known were in needed of repair).  We have had other contractors doing jobs on the house who, as it turns out, also do stucco work but did not know about Old Pueblo.  They have all commented on how well the work was performed (without us asking).  Incidentally, Old Pueblo can use a material that dries fairly fast, so you don't have to wait as long before painting.  We have had stucco work on our home by other contractors in the past and there is no comparison with Old Pueblo for either the affordability or the quality of work.  We highly recommend Old Pueblo.

The crew at Old Pueblo Stucco (led by Omar) did an excellent job.  I had originally thought we would have to completely re-stucco the house.  But Omar advised me that they could do extensive repairs without having to re-stucco everything and it would save me money.  This advise was very much appreciated!
Every crack on the house was repaired.  In some instances, entire walls of the house were re-stuccoed.  The crew went up on my roof and re-stuccoed all the parapets. 
If I saw something that I thought needed a little extra work, they were always very open and willing to come back and do whatever I wanted.
At the end of the job, they did a good clean up.

Their price was very good. They didn't quote any additional work that I didn't need. They are also very professional. The guy that did the work, I didn't spend more time that I expected talking to him about the job, pointing out things that needed to be repaired. But it took them a week to get somebody out but they did show up on time and they got back with the quote quickly.

neighborhood observers complimented us on their work.  A neighbor across the street wanted their phone number for doing work on their house.

It took the crew 3 full days to complete the job. They arrived promptly early morning and worked straight through until about 3:00. They brought paint samples and painted an area to get our approval for the match (it was nearly perfect). They left a fair mess, but were good about cleaning up. The completed job looks great.
I'd recommend that you ask them to put down drop cloths everywhere they are stuccoing and painting. They did some of this, but after we pointed out areas where stuff had spilled on our flagstones below, they did a better job.

Julio did a great job. It's hard to find someone who knows adobe. I found Julio on Angies List. Julio seemed very knowledgeable about adobe repair and his cost was reasonable. There was one area he overlooked but he was out there the next day to take care of it.

I was not able to go on the roof, I trust that they did a good job.  The price seemed fair.

Old Pueblo Stucco LLC did a superior job on patching and repairing the stucco on our new replacement windows. Omar explained what they would do, and came back hours later to complete the job. We are very pleased with the job that was done. Once painted, you will never know there was a problem. They also cleaned up the area of any debris.

They did such a great job that they are scheduled to work next week to maintain the new look. Price is for initial cost, but to maintain is just $60 per visit, and that includes spraying for weeds and clean up. The staff is very friendly, and Julio's English is very good.

The job was mostly done, however, some rather large weeds were left and a few untrimmed bushes. He was prompt and punctual on the estimate, but when it came time to do the job, he was either late or didn't show, or postponed to another day, or didn't call. This went on for two weeks. There was a lot to do and we felt it wasn't done in a timely manner.

HE IS TOTALLY RELIABLE. WE HAVE USED HIS SERVICE OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH WHAT HE DOES. THE YARD ALWAYS LOOKS NICE WHEN ITS DONE.
