The service provider arrived promptly at the pre-arranged time. Early morning service IS available. He was at the door at 7:00 a.m. Coming from Tucson to Sierra Vista, that was very nice to have that early option.
He pumped our older tank to the extent possible and was very willing to discuss all the aspects of septic systems and leach fields as I grilled him with 20 questions.
I understand that companies need revenue to stay in business and earn a living; however, I feel $715 was pricey. I would have been happier with $550....

We were having a problem where our stuff was backing up into the toilet. I thought it was a septic problem but it was not. They don’t over charge and they are just great. The technicians are very nice. I had them do some work to make sure that it was not a septic problem. He explained and educated us which I like. He told us what to look for to know if it is septic or plumbing problem. The guy was just really nice. They were out in 45 minutes. We would not call anyone else in the future.

Provider did not do much labor except for the pumping out of the tank. Did give instructions as to how to maintain tank.

I called for service and they were able to promptly schedule me for two days later between 9-11. The tech called at about 8:15 to see if arriving early would be acceptable, which it was. Manuel arrived about 20 minutes later (right when he said he would) and was polite, personable and professional.
He assessed the situation, ie tank whereabouts, placed his truck in the proper position, dug down to uncover the lid, removed it and proceeded to empty the tank. He made some observations regarding the level of stuff in the tank and gave me a recommendation for a contractor to come take a look at my leach field.
He then had me flush the toilet to assure that things were flowing properly, put the lid back on, filled in the hole and tidied up the area.
He was friendly, worked hard and knew what he was doing.
I will definitely use the firm again.

The process went very well. The only reason I rated Quality as a and quot;Band quot; is because they accidently cut through a large irrigation hose, which we are going to have to dig up and repair. Otherwise, it was a great job.

They did what they said they would do for the price they originally quoted, and were on time. They did a thorough job. The guy who came out washed down the crud stuck to the sides and the bottom to get it all out. I was told that the price could go higher if it took more than the estimated 45 minutes to do the work, but it didn't take longer, even with the thoroughness of the work.

We were interested in purchasing an as is home that had been vacant quite awhile. We had questions concerning the septic tank. Before purchasing the home we had Old Pueblo come and check it out. They found the tank, dug it out, removed the lid, brought in a tanker of water and went to work. The young man even climbed inside to check it out. Everything was done to perfection. are minds were put at rest and we moved forward with the purchase. They were worth every penny spent.

Old Pueblo Septic and Drain Service is excellent. They came out and said we did not need a new leach field. We had them come out and empty the septic tank. They have always been prompt and do a good job. They are reasonably priced. We have used them for four or five years.

Septic system backed up on 12/23/12 (Sunday). They offer service on the weekends (for a premium), but were completely booked on this particular Sunday. Said that they would be there at 0800 on Monday morning (Christmas Eve). Regular rates for Xmas eve! Technician called at 0800 and said he would be 30 minutes, and arrived at 0830. He had a very difficult time digging out the access hatch, but finally got it open and pumped the tank. This did not clear the back-up, and he found that there was a blockage between the house and the tank. He said that they do not normally service the drain line, but when I asked him if I should now look for a root-rooter contractor to clear it, he said that he would continue to work on it. He had the line cleared in about 30 minutes.
Sold us 2 gallons of bacteria enzymes (one to recharge the system, and one for maintenance). Probably over-priced at $67 per gallon, and I don't know if it functions any better than other brands, but it was available right then and I didn't want to mess with it further. When I asked him about using a product like Rid-X instead, he incorrectly told me that Rid-X is only used to clear blockages, which is not true according to the product description. Other than this bit of shady salesmanship, the guy was great and did an excellent job.
Overall, great service, and a serviceman who really cared about getting the problem corrected. Not the cheapest in town, but I would definitely use them again.

Technician sold us 2 gallons of CCLS, poured one into the tank and we kept the other for regular treatment. I was quoted a price of $345 for the pump and flush and was told if I dug out the tank lid myself there would be no labor charge. I did this but it took the technician appox. 1 hour and 15 minutes to pump the tank and they charged us $15 labor for that extra 15 minutes. I would have liked to know that if the job was going to take more than an hour that additional labor would be charged. To my way of thinking if I am quoted a flat rate for a job that's what I should be charged unless the job turns out to be much more involved than a normal pump and flush.

Task involved locating tank, excavating ground cover to approx. 30" depth, pumping and flusing tank, inspection of flappr valve, verification that drain to tank was operating normally, and disposal of waste ( about 10500 gallons).

They came on time, found the tank and pumped it out. No landscape damage and cleaned up the mess. total price was a bit more then expected, then again, had not pumped out septic in 6 years .. ..
