Ben took 2 weeks to give us an estimate and another 2 weeks to start the work he always has an excuse for being late or postponing date,ex. sick, its raining, had to finish another job and so forth.the first day he had to leave after about 15mins to go to ace hardware to buy something he "forgot" and returned about 45min later. He then said he would be back tomorrow to finis the other room but never returned his supplies are still here. When my husband called him to as him when he would be finishing the work he acted like he didn't know what he was talking about but would be here tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. Never received estimate for 2 motion lights.

"I received an email from my bank about a bounced check , the check that was bounced was from the member. I asked her about it and she said the check was good . I showed her email from my bank she said ill give you full payment @ the end of the job . I told her that I'd need a good deposit to continue job , she gave me another check ! I went to the store and stopped @ her bank to cash the check this time . The teller told me the check was not any good , I made a call to her and explained what had happend and that I would not be able to return unless she was to give me cash , the member said I could not do that I just have check book . I can't do buisness that way ."

Although Ben had the flu which caused him to postpone the job for a few days, he kept us updated and got here as soon as he was feeling better. He finished most of the work in one day and only had to return for a couple hours the following day. The job went smoothly (except that our cable wire got cut while trenching for the plumbing - but he fixed it quickly.) He's a nice young man, we feel comfortable having him work here, and we have him on our radar for even more jobs.

"In response , I had a hard time getting to the home do to the fact it was in Catalina on the otherside of a wash . I got stuck in the wash the 1st time i went to meet the home owner. We had a lot of rain last month this made it a little difficult to get to the home . The job was complete , we did a walk threw on job and found a few things , after those were fixed i was paid the balance of the job . I wont take final payment unless home owner is 100 percent satisfied with job . I hope you will uderstand with my response . Thanks Benjamin."

My garage door wouldn't open or close. The electronic opener had failed. I called Ben and asked if he could replace the opener or if I needed to call a garage door company. He said he could do it. When he came out, he discovered that the door itself, was needing work or replacement. He suggested working on the current door, rather than replacing it, thus saving me money.
