We needed a large tv/entertainment stand that matched our exacting specs. Paul was able to find the exact stand we wanted and he gave us a great price, much better than one of his local competitors. The order came in earlier than expected, and Paul called us and made arrangements for the earlier delivery instead of making us wait for the original estimated date. When his guys arrived, they moved the stand into the house where we wanted it and made sure that the stand was in perfect condition; no nicks, no gouges... perfect. Absolutely hassle-free. We were extremely pleased with the service, no sales pressure and being able to find exactly what we needed after an extremely lengthy search. Kudos to Paul.

Without our even mentioning the competitor's price, Paul at Oak & More gave us a good package deal on the price and delivery. The stand had to be ordered, with a 2-week expected delivery date. The item not only arrived a week early, but actual delivery was prompt and the delivery guys were polite and careful. There was not a single ding or scratch on the stand and it actually looks better than the picture. All in all... a real good experience. Paul was great to work with.

We recently moved to Tucson and needed several rooms of furniture. After looking at several other furniture stores we stopped in Oak & More after looking in an adjacent store. Jesse, the owner, was very attentive and spent quite a while with us finding out what we needed and what we liked. We ordered furniture for our dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms. My wife likes to bargain and feel that she always gets the best price and she was not disappointed. Of all the (many) places we shopped we got the best value here.

Additionally, they offered to loan us furniture while we waited for delivery. But what was most impressive was the service we received after delivery. Some of the items came damaged from the manufacturers but whether it was a repair or a replacement, Jesse never hesitated or argued that it was not their fault or we had to take it up with the manufacturer under warranty. He took care of it. His repairmen were always very courteous and professional (and they had to make several visits).

At one point some of our bedroom furniture arrived and realized that one of the pieces still on order was going to be bigger than we wanted when all were placed in the room. Again, no problem, Jesse let us change the order even though the item was probably on its way from the manufacturer.
