That repair went fine. However, I recently tried to contact them for a new project. I left numerous messages and was never called back. I don't believe they are still in business.

Things went smoothly. Brain's was neither the cheapest nor most expensive of the estimates I got; however, he took the most time to understand what I wanted and needed and then offered the best plan. He was also the most responsive and able to get to work in a timely manner. The price was fair and the work done satisfactorily.

Worst experience in my life. Had to hire another electrician after him to fix his mistakes. He even cheated one of his workers who did work for him at my house for a week and didn't end up paying him.

They did a good job and the price was good. I have just used them the one time but I was very satisfied with them.

Excellent experience from beginning to end

I phoned O'Bryan and explained what I needed. Bryan came over the following day to look at it himself so he'd know exactly what he needed to pick up and what I already had (I had purchased my new hall fixtures myself). We scheduled the work for the following day. Both days he arrived on time. Work was well done. Excellent clean up afterwards. Price was great - even got an Agnie's List discount. So I will absolutely be using O'Bryan Electrical for the rest of the electrical work I need done.

Bryan was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He had most of what he needed in his truck. He was able to fit me in within a day and, although he arrived 10 minutes later than agreed upon, our agreed-upon time was earlier than usual, at my request (and he called to say he was running late). When finished, Bryan drew up an invoice on his computer, took payment by credit card on his computer, and e-mailed me the invoice right here in the kitchen. Very efficient! I'm happy to have found a good electrician again.

He was just very nice to deal with. He went out of his way to get what I actually wanted. He went online and searched out what I wanted instead of going down to the local home depot. The fan that he installed is very nice.

They are professional and very competent. They can take on tasks that require creativity. They know their work and they know to get around the problems that occur on the job site.

I liked Bryon from the very beginning. He did not try to push the cheapest fan on me and he did not try to get me to by the most expensive. He showed me the different features and let me choose what I wanted. He was then able to get the product over the internet for a savings to me. Bryan has kept in touch with me throughout the whole processes, when the fan was ordered, when it came in, and when would be the best time to have it installed for the both of us. He came and worked diligently until the fan was installed. Afterwards, he explained how it worked. One of my favorite features of the new fan is having it on a timer. This was Bryan's suggestion and I am very grateful for it, as I am always turning off fans left on by someone else.
