Very disappointed. This company acquired our original, awesome pool service company. Been downhill ever since. Owner is very pleasant and professional, but he isn't the one working on our pool each week. Final straw is we have a green algae filled pool, told him a week ago right before they were here. Why wouldn't they see and address that? Now the heat has caused a huge issue. We used to never have to think about our pool. It's only three years old. Now it's constant issues. We pay for pool care because we are new to having a pool, both work and travel for work, and wanted the benefit of someone keeping our pool in usable condition. We were thrilled for 2.5 yrs with our previous provider. We will be using another service.
