NORIC CONSTRUCTION

Pres. Terry O'Hearn and her staff are the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous org. I could have ever dealt with. I waited several years to have this work done and they made it all happen....they hit home run after home run.
Their planning was to the tee..getting what they needed to get done right before a subcontractor was due in to do another part of the job. They obviously put a lot of thought into every aspect. I felt totally taken care of and respected. The quality of workmanship was exemplary.
Communication and time frames were right on target. Extremely courteous about being in a residential home and reminded all subcontractors how to conduct themselves when coming into my home.
They are an amazing team.
I am already planning my next project as now that I have finally found the right people, I do not want to let them go!

Most importantly, their schedule integrity was impeccable. If they said they would be there at 7:30, they were. If they were running a few minutes late, they always called. Trust me ..... this is very important.
Their quality is great. All of the subcontractors they used were also very professional.

Keith and Mario did almost all of the work, ( the electrical was done by a subcontractor, and they did a great job also ).   The guys showed up at 7:00 am everyday, right on time.  They always let us know what was going on, and what was going to happen next.   We had no problems or concerns about leaving the house while they were working, which we had to do on many occasions, and they locked it all up.   The job was estimated to take a month and I believe they started on the 19th of April and the appliances were installed and turned up on May 21.
They were neat with their work, and always cleaned up after every day's effort.   They used plastic sheeting to keep down as much of the dust as it was humanly possible to keep down.
After we got the old cabinets down, Keith observed that our ceiling ( a plastered ceiling ) was off by about 1" or a bit more in a place or two, and he was able to install some drywall and do some "floating" that made our new cabinets fit just fine ( the new cabinets did not make use of a soffit ( the old ones did so this wasn't readily apparent ).   
Keith and Mario are just super guys.   They know their stuff, are great people to talk to, and would work every day straight through until past normal quitting times, just to get things wrapped up just they way they wanted it.
Keith has a nice eye for tiling, and they installed the Saltillo tile in the kitchen with some accent tiles that my wife was very fond of.   He also did a great layout of those accent tiles on the backsplash.   The grouting looks wonderful, the layout is spot on, and his judgement for how to lay it showed his artistry and is complimented by everyone who has seen our kitchen.
Happy with the job, how it was done, the company, and their work.

Everything was explained in detail, step by step so we would know what to expect. Everyone arrived on time, went right to work and kept my husband and I informed each step of the way. The rooms were completed gutted and construction of the new designs went perfectly. We have the most beautifully tiled showers ever! Beto, under Keith's supervision did the tiling and the work is outstanding.
